Tuesday evenings & Friday afternoons.
My teaching style has evolved over the years to become slow and extremely focussed. Throughout my classes I continually draw the participant’s attention to the relationship between the mind and the breath. This has the advantage of encouraging the mind to slow down and move towards stillness
All classes are of 90 minutes duration finishing with 10/15 minutes of guided relaxation.
Classes are structured to accommodate general ability- both beginners and intermediates, so that everyone can work comfortably within their own capabilities and range of flexibility.
You are invited to come along free of charge to your first class; thereafter, payment will be due for the remaining classes in that current block of lessons. Fees vary per location.
I operate a reciprocal arrangement between my classes. If it is not possible to attend a regular class or classes, you would be welcome to come along to one of my other classes at any time within the same time frame.
Furthermore, as members of one group you would be entitled to attend my other classes on a drop in basis (as opposed to paying for a block of lessons).
